We design rental properties that
stand out, get booked, and earn 5 stars reviews.
Most investors underestimate the number of interconnected decisions required to get a listing guest-ready, let alone a successful one. So they end up piecing it together under pressure which leads to a property that looks, at best, like every other listing in the area, aka "just fine", but seriously underperforming.
At Stellar Spaces, we start by blueprinting our client's property's path to success with a market research and a guest strategy before any single piece of furniture is chosen. Then we can handle everything from design concept to the fully equipped, rental-ready property.
At the end of this process, you launch with a listing that stands out, attracts premium guests, and earns the returns you projected.
Getting your rental property fully designed,
furnished, and guest-ready before your next peak season
starts with a free discovery call.
We take a limited number of projects each month, so book now to secure your spot and hit your timeline.
A property that launches without a strategy doesn't just underperform. It costs you money every single month it's live.
If your property isn't set up strategically, the consequences show up fast and stick around for a long time.
You blend in and compete on price. A property that looks like every other listing nearby has no pricing power. You slash rates to fill nights while the top performers charge double.
Your early reviews set a trajectory that's hard to fix. Vague four-star reviews tell the algorithm you're average. It buries you under listings that convert better. Recovering takes months of lost revenue.
You spend more, not less. Furniture that doesn't fit. Decor that doesn't photograph well. Amenities you forgot. Items that fall apart after a few turnovers. No strategy means a hundred small mistakes that quietly add up.
You attract the wrong guests. A generic property draws price-sensitive travelers who cause more wear, trigger neighbor complaints, and leave lukewarm reviews. In markets where your building community can vote to revoke your rental license, that's a direct threat to your investment.
Your projected returns quietly disappear. Between management fees, taxes, carrying costs, and average nightly rates, the margin between profit and loss comes down to whether your listing commands premium pricing or gets stuck in the middle of the pack.
With this much on the line, you deserve better than guessing.
You didn't go through the complexity of buying and renovating a property just to end up with average results because the setup phase was rushed. You shouldn't have to spend your first year of ownership correcting mistakes that a clear strategy would have prevented from the start.
What Makes Our Approach Different
We design for your guest, not your taste.
Most investors or decorators furnish based on personal taste or whatever's available.
We identify your ideal guest in your micro-market who books longer, pays more, and leaves better reviews, then design everything around that person.
We make your listing impossible to scroll past.
A furniture package from a local store makes your property invisible. We build a cohesive design concept backed by market research that gives your listing a visual identity, stops the scroll and moves you out of the price-comparison game entirely.
We deliver rental-ready, not just "furnished."
Interior designers and decorators deliver beautiful houses. We deliver properties guests can actually use.
Kitchen fully equipped. Linens in the right quantities. Amenity kits. Signage. Safety gear. Operational flow. Hundreds of items, nothing forgotten.
Who's Behind Stellar Spaces

Stellar Spaces was founded by Estelle, an Airbnb Superhost, property investor, and interior designer who built this service after living the exact problem herself.
When she launched her first rental property, she hired an STR investor with a marketing background instead of a traditional designer to upgrade the existing decor. The result was a property that truly stood out, earned consistent five-star reviews, and proved that STR design is as much about strategy and guest experience as it is about aesthetics.
For her second property, she first hired a traditional interior designer since the renovations needed were much more extensive. The design proposed was beautiful. But it wasn't scroll-stoping, it wasn't experiential, and it wasn't rental-ready. Furniture selections were vague. Equipment, amenities, operational details? All left to the owner.
Two projects. One clear lesson. Residential designers stop too early. They don't integrate the guest experience, the operational setup, or the ROI thinking. That's when Estelle decided to get certified in interior design herself, so she could combine formal design training with her STR operator experience, hospitality-minded thinking, ROI-focused decision making, and hands-on execution, all in one process. That's how Stellar Spaces started.

How we work
Step 1
Get your strategy
before you start spending.
In 2 weeks you receive your Hospitality Performance Blueprint:
We conduct a market research, identify your ideal guest, define your style direction, estimate your budget, and give you a clear priority list.
So when it's time to start making decisions, you know exactly where you're headed and why.
To learn more about the Hospitality Performance Blueprint, visit the dedicated Blueprint page.
Step 2
Make it real
Design Concept & Setup
Based on the Blueprint recommendations, you can execute yourself, or choose one of our packages:
The Remote Package: we provide the detailed concept + room-by-room guidance, shopping list and installation guidelines & support
The Turnkey Package: we manage everything from conception to execution and on-site installation (available in select regions)
Explore our packages on our Packages page.
Step 3
Launch a property
that performs.
Your property goes live with a design that stands out, a listing built for your ideal guest, and early reviews that start the flywheel turning.
Once your property is transformed, we provide 6 months of post-design check-ins to make sure you’re seeing the results you expect and refine the design as needed.
Our Accelerators
Every Stellar Spaces project is built on three proprietary tools. They're not add-ons. They're embedded into the process from day one, and they're what make the difference between a property that looks nice and one that actually performs.
The Premium Guest Identifier
A data-driven profile of the guest type that will pay the most in YOUR micro-market.
This is the strategic anchor every design decision hangs on.
The "Triple WOW" Experience Framework
Three engineered moments where your guest says WOW out loud.
When they find your listing. After they book. When they walk through the door.
Each one designed on purpose. Each one turns a stay into a 5-star review.
The Rental-Ready Shopping List
Hundreds of items across every category a guest actually needs.
Kitchen equipments to safety gear to signage.
Nothing forgotten. Nothing scrambled last minute.
What happens in the Discovery Call?
This is a focused, 20-minute conversation about your property and where you are right now.
You tell us about your property, your timeline, and what you're trying to achieve. Whether you're pre-renovation, mid-build, or keys-in-hand, we want to understand your situation clearly.
We tell you what we'd prioritize if this were our project. You'll leave with at least one or two insights you can act on whether or not we end up working together.
We figure out fit together. If Stellar Spaces is the right partner for your project, we'll explain what the next step looks like. If it's not the right fit, or if your gaps are things you can realistically handle on your own, we'll tell you that directly.
20 minutes. No obligation. No pressure. Just a honest, strategic conversation about your property.
What clients say

Working with Estelle is a genuine pleasure. Her personality makes the collaboration feel easy and natural, and her professionalism shows in every step of the process. The Hospitality Performance Blueprint she delivered brought real clarity to the project. Through it, we built a brand identity for the property, defined a signature guest experience, and landed on a design direction that genuinely sets it apart from the competition. From that strategic foundation through to the finest design details, everything is thought through and well documented. I'd recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a designer who is both deeply human and rigorously precise.
Eric

"Estelle took the time to truly understand not just my aesthetic preferences, but how I actually live and use my space. The proposals she delivered, on time without exception, went beyond what I asked for: they respected my brief while opening up possibilities I hadn't considered. She brought ideas I wouldn't have thought of on my own, and that's where her expertise really showed. If you're looking for a designer who listens carefully, delivers with precision, and genuinely expands your vision, I'd encourage you to reach out."

You're not just furnishing a home, you're setting up a Business, and that deserves a Business Strategy
Here's what I often see.
Most investors finish a renovation or pick up the keys and immediately start shopping for furniture. The thinking makes sense: "I need to get this listed before the next peak season." So they move fast. They shop online, order, assemble, photograph. Done.
Then they go live. And the listing looks... fine.
Fine is the most expensive word in short-term rentals.
Fine means your property blends into the hundreds of other listings nearby. Fine means you compete on price. Fine means the algorithm treats you like everyone else. Fine means the guests who find you are the ones shopping for the cheapest option, and those guests leave the kind of reviews that keep you stuck.
The investors who end up in the top 25% of their market did something different. They paused before spending and asked a better question: who is the premium guest in MY area, and what experience will make them book at my highest rate?
That question changes everything. Furniture choices get easier because there's a clear direction. The listing photographs better because there's a cohesive identity. The reviews come in stronger because guests who self-select for quality leave reviews that attract more guests like them. The algorithm notices your conversion rate is beating your neighbors and starts promoting you.
And it's exactly the kind of question we dig into on a discovery call.
Maybe you're thinking: I have taste, I've stayed in plenty of rentals, I can figure this out. You might be right. But 20 minutes with someone who's done this many times will either confirm your plan is solid or show you the gaps you hadn't considered. Either way, you leave with clarity.
Maybe you're thinking: I've already spent a lot on this property. I'm not sure I want to spend more. That's exactly why we start with a free call, not a proposal. You should understand the approach, see if it fits, and make a grounded decision. No one should commit to a design service before knowing what they're getting and whether the person behind it understands their situation.
Maybe you're thinking: I'm not ready yet, my property is still under construction. That's often the best time to talk. The earlier the strategy starts, the fewer expensive corrections later.
Your property launches once.
Your first photos drive bookings for the next year. Your early reviews set a trajectory that either lifts you or holds you back. A 20-minute conversation now can change what that launch looks like.

FAQ
Yes. 20 minutes, no cost, no commitment. We use it to understand your situation and share how we'd approach it. If there's a fit, we'll explain the next step. If there isn't, we'll say so.
You'll get a direct conversation. We'll share what we'd do for your property, and if it makes sense to work together, we'll explain the options. But we won't push. Estelle will also tell you if your project is something you can handle on your own. We'd rather be honest than waste either person's time.
It's often the best time. Starting the strategic work during renovation means design decisions get woven into the build itself, things like electrical layout, wall treatments, and built-in features. The earlier we talk, the fewer costly changes later.
Absolutely. Many of our clients aren't starting from zero. We assess what you already have, identify what's working, and focus on the changes that will actually shift guest perception and booking performance.
Yes. The Hospitality Performance Blueprint and the Remote Package can be delivered for properties anywhere in the world. Turnkey on-site execution is available in select regions. The discovery call is the fastest way to confirm what's possible for your location.
To kick things off, we just need a short conversation. On the discovery call, we'll ask about your property, your goals, your timeline, and where you are in the process. If we move forward together, we'll send you a simple intake form to gather the details we need (photos, floor plans if you have them, budget range, and your priorities). From there, your involvement is flexible. Some clients prefer quick approvals at key checkpoints. Others want to be more hands-on. We align on that upfront so the process fits your schedule, not the other way around.
The strategic phase (Hospitality Performance Blueprint) is typically delivered within two weeks. From there, timelines depend on scope, but we're built for speed. If you have a peak season deadline, that's one of the first things we'll discuss on the call.
You might be able to. The call will help you find out. We'll walk through what's involved, and you'll leave with a clearer sense of whether the gaps in your plan are things you can close on your own or whether expert support would save you time, money, and mistakes. Either way, the 20 minutes will be worth it.
